Everything is change. Adapt, flow and growth

Often we insisted at living as everything was stable and fixed. We plan, react, charge and get angry as if the world had the obligation to stay still.
As the stoics remember us, this expectation is childish and imaginative.
Marcus Aurelius provoke:
“The substance is an uninterrupted flow of river… almost everything never stays still.”
and Heráclito reinforce:
“No man steps on the same river twice. Even the river is not the same, but neither you are.
The provocation is simple: even the ancient already knows that everything changes all the time, why you are trying to freeze today?
Perhaps the pain arises from resistance, rather than from change.
Adaptation is not a weakness; it is a strategy.
Who flows, grows. Who freezes, break.
